We have since resumed to business as usual and are working hard to get your orders to you safely and on time.
Orders placed before 15 March 2020 have been delayed due to the spread of COVID-19 which affected both our manufacturing of waitlist products and distribution. Our affected customers were notified by email and those with orders containing waitlist items will continue to receive updates via email.
If you are unsure as to whether your order was affected, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as our customer care team in New Zealand will be working remotely to assist you.
Our distribution centres will continue to send out orders as usual. All necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries. Parcels will be left in a safe place or if signature required, the delivering driver will sign in the presence of the customer at a safe distance.
We have also extended our returns period to 60 days. We will update our website if anything changes.
