In-Store Returns Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The below terms and conditions are for items purchased In-Store ONLY. For all online purchases please see our returns page HERE.

We have a 30 day return & exchange policy provided the garments are in resalable and unused condition. All returns and exchanges will be issued a store credit for the original purchase amount. All Returns MUST have original tags still attached and a valid receipt. If a card was used for purchase, the cardholder and card MUST be present.

Garments MUST not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Garments that have makeup stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour, will NOT be accepted. Pierced jewellery, hair accessories, lingerie cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker has NOT been removed. 

If your purchase contained a promotional or free item these items must be included within the return. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shekou Woman has the rights to deny any garments/s that aren't returned in their original condition or smelling of body odour/perfume and it will be returned to the customer. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & exchanges CAN be made at any SHEKOU New Zealand store, this policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Shekou Woman has the rights to deny any garments/s that aren't returned in their original condition or smelling of body odour/perfume and it will be returned to the customer. 

SAMPLE/ FINAL SALE ITEMS

We cannot accept ANY returns on Sample/ Final SALE Items. Please select these garments carefully to avoid any disappointments. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty garments please return this to us. All garments will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Shekou Woman. Faulty garments do not include those that have already been worn. If your garments is deemed faulty, You will be given a replacement of the same garments in the same size and colour that you originally brought. If we are unable to provide a replacement a refund or store credit will be issued for the original amount paid. 

EXCHANGING SIZE/ STYLE 

We CANNOT process any exchanges for pierced jewellery, hair accessories, lingerie cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker has not been removed.

All exchanges MUST be made with garments originally tags. Garments MUST not be worn, wash or altered in any way. We cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the garments return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.
