All orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days. Please note, our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only.  Shekou Woman can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If your item hasn't had a tracking update for 5 or more days please email info@shekouwoman.com and we can file an investigation for your parcel. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays.
